Is Emove Real Estate School approved in Massachusetts?
Yes. Emove Real Estate School is approved by the Massachusetts Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons, and is licensed and bonded. Our school license number is #1291. Our instructors and partners have over 30 years of combined experience teaching and practicing real estate.
How do I know which course I need?
If you don't have a Massachusetts real estate license yet, you need the 40-hour salesperson pre-licensing course before you can take the state exam. If you're already licensed, you need 12 hours of continuing education to renew. Still unsure? Call us at 617-942-0914.

Pre-licensing (40-hour salesperson course)
How much is the 40-hour salesperson course?
$349 as a one-time payment, with installment payments also available. Enroll here.
How is the pre-licensing course taught?
The course is fully online through our partner school, Boston Real Estate Academy. It includes video lectures, quizzes and exam-focused reviews, with study materials available 24/7 and an instructor available seven days a week.
What if I don't pass the state exam?
The course includes a pass-your-exam guarantee: if you don't pass, you can retake the course free of charge. Extra study resources and support are also available after the course.
Do you help with finding a job after I'm licensed?
Yes. Graduates get career placement help through relationships with real estate firms across Massachusetts.
Continuing education (12-hour CE)
How much is continuing education?
The complete 12-hour CE package is $47.87, one of the lowest prices in Massachusetts. Individual topics are also available. Start your CE.
Where do I take my CE course?
Our CE courses are delivered on our sister site, MA Online CE (maonlinece.com). Same school, same license #1291, and the same people answering the phone.
Is there an exam for continuing education?
No. There are no exams. Watch the self-paced video lessons, pause and resume whenever you like, and your certificate is issued instantly and emailed to you when you finish.
What topics are covered?
Topics include conducting open houses, comparative market analysis, advertising compliance, flood zones, foreclosures, reverse mortgages, mortgages, land contracts, financing, fair housing laws, contract law and 1031 exchanges.
